What do you expect to see? For me to access to all the game I own. What happens when the bug occurs? Game doesn't open

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Summarize your bug I OWN ALL my sims games but your app keeps telling me I don't, each time I open my game after reinstalling, trying repair game and even restarting my pc, I get an error reading: 'Invalid License.
